Chapter 1: Healthy V

"I was raised to always try to be the best version of myself mentally, emotionally, and physically. Now, more than ever, I take care of my body. I eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, sleep at least seven hours a night, drink tons of water, and exercise regularly. I know "perfection" should never be one's goal because, basically, it doesn't exist! I try not to overindulge in any one thing, except maybe classical music and the San Francisco 49ers. Since health is a priority, I see my gynecologist, Dr. Sherry, on a regular basis—she reminds me that "strong and healthy" trumps all."
